T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de d\u00f6k\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve zanaat\u0131 k\u00f6kl\u00fc tarihsel ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ile beraber sanayile\u015fme d\u00f6neminde \u00f6zel te\u015febb\u00fcs yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile geli\u015ferek Avrupa\u2019da, ve d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli bir noktaya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

T\u00fcrkiye D\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00fcretimi 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 rakamlar\u0131 itibari ile Almanya, Fransa ve italya\u2019y\u0131 takiben Avrupa\u2019da 4. s\u0131raya yerle\u015fmi\u015f olup d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen d\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00fcreticileri aras\u0131nda y\u00fckselmeye devam etmi\u015ftir. \u00dcretim Y\u00f6ntemleri ve Teknoloji:<\/b><\/p>

Demir ve \u00e7elik d\u00f6k\u00fcm sanayi, elektrik end\u00fcksiyon, ark veya kupol ocaklar\u0131nda, \u00e7e\u015fitli pik demiri, metal hurdalar\u0131 ve ferro ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n ergitilerek, kal\u0131plama tesislerinde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f kum, seramik veya metal kal\u0131plar i\u00e7erisinde \u015fekillendirilmesi ve \u00f6zel \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemler ile de\u011fi\u015fik mekanik \u00f6zellikler kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sureti ile pik d\u00f6k\u00fcm, \u00e7elik d\u00f6k\u00fcm, sfero d\u00f6k\u00fcm ve temper d\u00f6k\u00fcm t\u00fcr\u00fcndeki \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ham d\u00f6k\u00fcm, i\u015flenmi\u015f d\u00f6k\u00fcm ve mamul olarak \u00fcreten bir sekt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>

Demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metallerin d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcnde de benzer y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131lmakta, al\u00fcminyum ve zamak par\u00e7a \u00fcretiminde y\u00fcksek h\u0131z ve verimlilikte bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemleri h\u0131zla geli\u015fmektedir.
Metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi, Ekonomik Faaliyetlerin Uluslararas\u0131 Standart Sanayi S\u0131n\u0131flamas\u0131 (International Standard for Industrial Classification) ISIC Rev.3 ve Rev 3.1\u2019de, 273 kod ile grupland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, ISIC Rev.4 yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f ve metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm sanayi kodu 243 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Alt k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131mlarda, Kod 2431 demir ve \u00e7elik d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc, Kod 2432 ise demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 metallerin d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>

D\u00f6k\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemlerini, metal ergitme, kum haz\u0131rlama, ma\u00e7a imali, kal\u0131plama, temizleme, \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem, ta\u015flama ve kaplama prosesleri olarak \u00f6zetlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>


D\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi sanayi \u00fcretiminin temel unsurlar\u0131ndand\u0131r ve bu teknik ile \u00fcretim yapan kurulu\u015flar ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Bunlardan birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm tamamen m\u00fc\u015fteri talepleri do\u011frultusunda d\u00f6k\u00fcm mamulleri \u00fcreten kurulu\u015flar, di\u011ferleri ise, bitmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kulland\u0131klar\u0131 malzemeler i\u00e7in d\u00f6k\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemi ile \u00fcretim yapanlard\u0131r (\u00f6rne\u011fin kilit ve fermuar \u00fcreticilerinin zamak d\u00f6k\u00fcmhaneleri, elektrik motoru \u00fcreticilerinin al\u00fcminyum d\u00f6k\u00fcmhaneleri mevcuttur). Baz\u0131 tesisler ise d\u00f6k\u00fcm tekni\u011fi ile \u00fcrettiklerini son i\u015flemlerden ge\u00e7irdikten sonra nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak son kullan\u0131c\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131rlar. Bunlara \u00f6rnek olarak radyat\u00f6rler, ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 otomobil jantlar\u0131, kap\u0131 kollar\u0131 gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler g\u00f6sterilebilir.<\/p>
